points of interest

Large, heart-shaped leaves form 4’ wide clumps. Slow growing but vigorous. Glaucous blue-gray leaves are puckered and wavy. Bell-shaped pale lavender to white flowers emerge on long stems midsummer. Understated as a cut flower. Wonderful bold accent in shade gardens.

general care

Grow in fertile, moist well-drained soil in partial shade. This hosta will tolerate dry shade but provide consistent water until established. Water is best applied to soil beneath leaves. Deadhead after flowering.
