Wednesday's Flower

Wednesday's Story
While in Arizona…
We would try to see if we could catch the sunset every evening. Some nights were more brilliant than others, but in those moments it gave us a chance to step away from what we were doing and watch the transition of color and light before our eyes. Since we can’t all step out our front doors to see one, here is another beautiful sunset that can be seen at any time of day.
points of interest
Large, very fragrant, funnel-shaped flowers are held upright in dense clusters at the end of arching, frequently branched stems, in late winter to early spring. Sunset Pink has pink-peach blossoms with a pale yellow/white throat. Foliage is strap-like, shiny and green. Excellent cut flower.
general care
Plant 3” deep in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in full sun.
