Wednesday's Flower
Wednesday's Story
Need a little wonder…
In your life? Plant a seed. A seed that fits in your hand. Water it. Nurture it. Be patient. Check on it. Hope for lots of sun. See it germinate. Wait a couple of weeks. Watch for the first bud. See it bloom…that’s how you add some wonder into your life.
points of interest
Double Click is a semidouble version of the cottage garden classic, appearing in shades of carmine, pink and white. Plants are erect and branching with fine, tread-like foliage. Flowers are solitary with yellow centers. Grow in a cutting garden or as filler in a perennial border for continual summer color.
general care
Sew seeds in situ 2 weeks after average last frost or 4-6 weeks inside before. Site in full sun in average well-drained soil. Deadhead to encourage flowering and bushy habit. Mildew may be a problem and plants may need staking if not grown in a block, but easy to grow.

Here is a crazy thought – if this flower could see itself, I am sure, from the way you have presented it, it would be amazed at how beautiful it is! I love it! Thank you.

I love that thought and I agree!
