How apropos from the famous artist who painted flowers among many other subjects, to give such thoughtful words to remind each of us to not be part of the status quo but to walk where it may be challenging, with the risk being worth the reward.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
A very well know Post-Impressionist artist who created over 2,100 pieces of art that included still lifes, landscape, portraits and self-portraits. One of his best known pieces is ‘The Starry Night’, and I always associate him with his paintings of sunflowers and irises. His work can be seen in numerous museums throughout the world as well as the Van Gogh Museum, which is one of the most popular museums in the Netherlands with over 1.9 million visitors a year.
