FLOWER QUOTE: THE HAPPINESS OF THE BEE Feb 20, 2017
The Happiness of the Bee | Flower Quote

MY TWO CENTS
The happiness of the bee … should we not also be happy to exist? I think we should be more than happy to exist as we have so many opportunities to have such joy, wonder, laughter and love in out lives, if we only search it out.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jacques Yves Cousteau was a French Naval Officer. His career in office was cut short due to an automobile accident that he was very fortunate to survive. If it wasn’t for this accident, we probably would have never learned or experienced the ocean as we did through him. He was many things including an author, photographer, researcher and innovator, and he was co-creator of the Aqua-lung, which was the first SCUBA (self-contained underwater breathing apparatus) that allowed him and his team explore the ocean as it had not been done before, and giving the rest of us the opportunity to do the same. I don’t doubt that my wonder and love of the sea came from watching him on TV as he was a passionate, caring person for all that he shared and spoke of.
