MY TWO CENTS
I seem to live too far into the future to remember that ‘there are only two days in the year’ that don’t matter. I don’t live in the past so much, but I do live too much in the future and let my anxiety take over. A work in progress, and I appreciate this quote reminding me to slow down, breathe, love, believe and live!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
I know of Dalai Lama and see him as a serene, humble and peaceful person, but I really didn’t know much more until now. There have been fourteen Dalai Lama’s and the name comes from dalai meaing “ocean” and lama (Tibetan work bla-ma) meaning “guru, teacher, meantor”. The Dalai Lama is a monk of Tibetan Buddhism of the “Yellow Hat” or Gelug school. The current and 14th Dalai Lama is Tenzin Gyatso. He came from a humble life and lived in a cowshed of his farmer’s family and was enthroned November 17, 1950.
