MY TWO CENTS
When the flower blossoms, the bee will come… The flower does the hard work of blooming and growing into its full and amazing potential. Then it receives the bee as its reward to continue on. How lovely, the relationship between the flower and the bee. For me, this quote reminds me that I must do the hard work to attract the “bee” in order to be “pollinated” and blossom some more.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Srikumar S. Rao (born April 11, 1951) is a speaker, author, former business school professor and creator of Creativity and Personal Mastery (CPM), a course designed to effect personal transformation. He is a TED speaker, and has authored ‘Are You Ready to Succeed: Unconventional Strategies for Achieving Personal Mastery in Business and Life,’ which is an international best seller, and ‘Happiness at Work: Be Resilient, Motivated and Successful – No Matter What.’ He is also the creator and narrator of the audio-course The Personal Mastery Program.[1]

A side note: In listening to Srikumar Rao’s TED Talk, this quote definitely exemplifies his teachings.
