What springs from my soul is being grateful for this life. Though in this hurried life, especially around the holidays, it can be a most challenging time to be grateful. To stop, be present and to see all the wonder and good around us.
And I will admit I write this for myself, as I am not always the most grateful person as I get wrapped up in my world and find it easier to see the negative, the ho-hum, the challenge over the positive, the wonder, the result.
So today I will start my day by being grateful for the delicate drops of water that I see fall far above me and nurture this earth, for all that flowers have given me and added to my life, for the love that I receive from those around me, for the power of healing, for this time of year of giving and receiving and being with family.
I am also grateful every day for this opportunity to share with you the wonder and beauty of flowers and how they create a moment of connection and thoughtfulness in a day.
I hope you will share with me below just one thing that you are grateful for today.

I am continually grateful for all the love around, both receiving and giving. All I ever wanted was love – not money, not beauty (although a day looking like Kate Upton would be fun); not fame. Just love. And I have found that love IS all around. Quote of the day: “All you need is love.” Love you, Cher.
Myra
So appreciate your willingness to share! Love is all around and love you to Myra! Ever so grateful for you.
Grateful for the beautiful flower pics you post, for my good health & my wonderful family!
And I am grateful for your kind words and for you being apart of this journey.
Though he was God,
he did not think of equality with God
as something to cling to.
7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges;
he took the humble position of a slave
and was born as a human being.
I’m thankful for Jesus loving us this much!
I am grateful for the challenges in my life that allow me to develop my capacities and to know my strength. And I’m especially grateful for those who help me to remember that and who support me though the process.
A wonderful thing to be grateful for!
