MY TWO CENTS
The new year stands before us, like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written… The new year is a wonderful time for renewal. How fortunate are we to have a restart button to push and begin again. Happy New Year and here’s to a great 2020!

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Melody Beattie (1948) was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her father left when she was a toddler. As a child, Beattie was abducted for a day and that haunted her through her early years. She also dealt with abuse that her mother did not acknowledge. In her teen years, Beattie became addicted to alcohol and drugs. She turned her life around and has become a well-known therapist and author and focuses on codependency.
